Department: Regional Human Resources
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm | Hybrid (3-4 days on-site)
About the Role
This position assists and provides support to Human Resources consultants and team members with HR administrative processes as assigned. Manages reports, spreadsheets, and other special projects that may require working with complex and high-volume data. Maintains confidentiality of employee data and sensitive Human Resources issues. Works closely with the HR team to consistently deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external customers and provide professional representation of the department. This role provides essential support to the HR team, organizational leaders, and team members. Success in this position requires strong time management skills and advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. The ideal candidate will be naturally curious about the business, eager to learn, and self-driven to grow within the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist HR consultants and team members with administrative processes and HR-related tasks.
- Manage reports, spreadsheets, and special projects involving high-volume and complex data.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data and sensitive HR issues.
- Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the HR department professionally and support organizational HR initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience.
- Experience: 1-3 years in a confidential environment; previous HR experience preferred.
- Work Environment: Experience working within a matrix organization and complex settings is a plus.
- Knowledge: Understanding of HR laws and regulations (FLSA, COBRA, ADA, FMLA, etc.).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
