Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Seguin, TX. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. Daily tasks involve managing HR policies and procedures, handling employee inquiries and issues, organizing training and development programs, and ensuring a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) are a plus
