Human Resources Generalist – Payroll & Benefits Focus
Organization: Physicians Rehab Solution (PRS)
Physicians Rehab Solution, a national outpatient therapy management organization, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist with a strong emphasis on payroll and benefits administration to join our Bowling Green, KY team.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate semi-monthly payroll processing, seamless benefits administration, and compliance with HR policies and procedures. The HR Generalist will also support the VP of HR, PRS Operational Team, and team members in a wide range of HR functions including onboarding, training, reporting, and compliance.
We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, dependable, and service-driven—someone who thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment while taking ownership of essential HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee records, deductions, and timekeeping compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits enrollment, changes, and employee questions.
- Ensure compliance with benefit plans, ACA requirements, and regulatory reporting.
- Partner with the HR team on onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR and payroll-related reports, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and HR projects.
- Promote and uphold PRS’s values of kindness, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or equivalent HR/payroll experience required.
- 1–3 years of payroll and benefits experience required.
- Experience using ADP (payroll/HRIS) and Employee Navigator (benefits administration).

- Strong payroll and benefits processing knowledge.

- Ability to analyze data and maintain compliance.

- Stay current with payroll and benefits regulations and HR compliance guidelines.
- Participate in continuous professional development and HR training.
- Support the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
