Scheduled Daily Hours: 7.5 HOURS
Pay Range: $49,920.00-$62,400.00
This position provides a broad range of Human Resources support services to the Moses - Acute Care. Responsibilities include supporting management in the areas of staffing and recruitment, employee relations, training and compliance activities, processing position management and other HR transactions. This position will interpret Medical Center HR policies and union contract provisions to ensure the HR Operations for assigned divisions are consistently applied and high level HR outcomes are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR support services to Moses - Acute Care and associated divisions.
- Assist management with staffing and recruitment activities.
- Support employee relations, training, compliance activities, and processing of HR transactions including position management.
- Interpret and apply Medical Center HR policies and union contract provisions to ensure consistent HR operations.
- Contribute to high level HR outcomes through accurate and timely processing and guidance.
Qualifications / Education and Knowledge
- Bachelor\'s Degree required.
- Personnel and Human Resources - Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
- Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles including strategic planning, resource allocation, HR modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, needs assessment, quality standards, and customer satisfaction evaluation.
- Active Listening - Ability to give full attention, understand points, ask appropriate questions, and avoid interruptions.
- Judgment and Decision Making - Evaluate costs and benefits to choose the most appropriate action.
- Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates - Provide information effectively in various formats.
- Evaluating Information to Determine Compliance with Standards - Assess information to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards.
- Resolving Conflicts and Negotiating with Others - Handle complaints, settle disputes, and negotiate as needed.
- Monitoring - Monitor performance and take corrective action as needed.
