We are seeking a highly organized and skilled administrative professional to provide support to our HR Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with all levels of the organization and external contacts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to the HR Manager, including answering phone calls, creating communication memos, maintaining department files, and scheduling meetings.
  • Prepare and maintain new-hire and absentee reports, and update company organizational charts, proper records of employee attendance and leaves.
  • Plan, lead, and manage several employee and community events per year, ensuring each event is representative of the company’s image, culture, and mission.
  • Support the HR Manager with recruitment activities for all position levels within the location.
  • Assist the HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring, and salary administration.
  • Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates, and schedule job interviews.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, administer background checks and drug tests, and coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees.
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Team player with strong computer skills (Google Docs/Microsoft Office) and highly adaptable to new software.
