Brew great coffee. Build great moments. The Daily Blend is a brand-new coffee shop in Springfield, MO, and we’re hiring Baristas who love craft coffee, fast-paced service, and warm hospitality.

What You’ll Do:

• Craft espresso and brewed beverages to recipe standards.
• Prep, stock, and keep the bar spotless and efficient.
• Deliver genuine, upbeat service at the register and on the line.
• Maintain product knowledge (beans, origins, flavor notes) and upsell thoughtfully.
• Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures.

What You Bring:

• Barista or customer-service experience (preferred), with a passion for coffee.
• Reliability, positivity, and strong communication.
• Comfort with busy rushes and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
