The Role: Call Center Supervisor | Lehi, UT

You’ll guide a team focused on creating a smooth, supportive experience for every caller. From training and coaching to handling escalations with care, you’ll set the tone and keep the flow calm, professional, and productive.

Requirements

What You Need:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a customer service supervisor
• Background in call center environment is ideal
• Passion for helping patients and developing teammates
• Attention to detail and proven track record of achieving performance metrics
• Clear, confident communication
• Calm under pressure, quick with smart decisions
• Adaptable and driven by results
