The Role: Call Center Supervisor | Lehi, UT
You’ll guide a team focused on creating a smooth, supportive experience for every caller. From training and coaching to handling escalations with care, you’ll set the tone and keep the flow calm, professional, and productive.

Requirements
What You Need:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a customer service supervisor
- Background in call center environment is ideal
