What This Role Will Do

• Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including cleaning and disinfecting fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms; keep guest-facing areas free of trash; restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
• Distribute trash bins before events, replace trash liners during events, and remove trash bins after an event.
• Follow Cleaning Checklists as assigned by venue management.
• Keep work areas neat and orderly; clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Participate in the venue’s sustainability program, which could include waste sorting, recycling collection, and educating fans about efforts.
• Restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
• Collect recycling items and trash before, during, and after shows to maintain venue cleanliness.
• Stock all necessary items before guests enter the venue.
• Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repair.
• Ensure the venue is show-ready before fans arrive each night.
• Keep the venue safe by cleaning up spills.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

What This Person Will Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+ and occasional sitting.
• Comfortable working in high-energy, fast-paced environments with large crowds and loud music.
• Experience working in indoor facilities preferred.
• 2+ years of janitorial or similar experience.

Compensation

The Expected Compensation For This Position Is

$16.50 USD - $20.00 USD Hourly

Pay is based on factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
