Overview

Solve4’s Support Team is looking for an IT Support Specialist who is passionate about helping people, solving problems, and supporting technological improvement. This role’s primary function is assisting with the support of all end users and the IT infrastructure of our customers. Duties include remote and deskside end user support, basic administration of Microsoft 365 environments, basic network troubleshooting, hardware configuration, and writing internal and customer-facing documentation. A can-do attitude and strong communication skills are valued as much as technical knowledge and experience.

What you would be doing at Unbridled:

  • Triages and responds to end user support tickets, service requests, phone calls, and alerts from monitoring systems; ensure timely resolution and ongoing prioritization of the IT support queue
  • Provide end-user support in person and remotely
  • Configure and maintain end-user computers, accounts/identities, and software packages
  • Maintain an organized workflow for tickets with current statuses, clear documentation, and resolved issues
  • Accurately track time and work performed in the PSA tool; consider customers and service agreements
  • Manage asset inventory, items issued to customers, and software purchases
  • Assist with scripting tasks and updating deployment packages
  • Prepare technical and end-user documentation
  • Drive improvement opportunities and learn the basics of managed IT services agreements and customer relationships
  • Operate primarily within the core service hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Time, Monday - Friday (flexible schedule options after onboarding)
  • Initially work from the office in downtown Denver; hybrid schedule eligibility may be available after ~90 days
  • Occasional travel to customer locations within the Denver metro area; rare out-of-state travel or after-hours work may be required

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Successful candidates will have the following:

  • 2+ years of experience in information technology, preferably in a technical customer-facing role
  • Proficiency with tools used by IT MSPs, including:
    • RMMs (e.g., NinjaOne, ConnectWise Automate, Kaseya VSA, Synchro)
    • PSAs (e.g., Halo, Autotask, ConnectWise Manage, SuperOps)
    • MDMs (e.g., Addigy, Intune, Jamf, Mosyle)
  • Experience at an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP)
  • Technical experience including:
    • Administration of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Entra)
    • Configuration and troubleshooting of desktop operating systems (Windows 11, macOS)
    • First-level administration of security tools (email filters, antivirus, web filters)
    • Understanding of modern work infrastructure (SSO, SCIM provisioning, dynamic groups)
    • Basic network troubleshooting (firewalls, switches, IPv4, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, RADIUS)
    • Troubleshooting of Windows servers, storage devices (NAS), and peripheral devices (printers, monitors)
    • Exposure to common IT infrastructure components including servers, storage, and cloud technologies
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language
  • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to client satisfaction
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and client needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; honesty, integrity, transparency, patience, positivity, empathy, and hospitality
  • Ability to work collaboratively, be flexible, and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong learner’s mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies and solve problems
