What You’ll Do

IT Support & Delivery

• Be part of the elite 24/7/365 support rotation for our trading systems
• Own the resolution of hardware/software issues — from ticketing to troubleshooting
• Deliver hands-on training for users on tech tools and video conferencing
• Escalate complex problems and collaborate with global teams
• Investigate security incidents and ensure compliance
• Handle equipment setups, moves, and changes with precision
• Manage user access and permissions with strict adherence to policy
• Keep daily operations smooth with proactive checks and task execution
• Process purchase requests and invoice entries to keep things running

User & Tech Environment Management

• Champion the deployment and evolution of user devices — laptops, dealer boards, phones, and more
• Gather insights from users to drive innovation and improvements
• Communicate changes clearly and ensure user alignment
• Align with global IT standards and policies to maintain consistency and excellence
