About the Role
The Company is seeking a Dean of Nursing to serve as the principal academic and administrative leader of the School of Nursing. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges for the School, particularly in the context of linkages to healthcare sectors, workforce needs, and instructional resources. The Dean may also be involved in delivering classes as needed. The ideal candidate for the Dean of Nursing position at the company should have a strong background in nursing education and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. A doctoral degree in nursing or a related field is preferred, along with a valid nursing license. The candidate should have a proven track record in academic leadership, program development, and a commitment to the mission and values of the institution. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
