Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery - $2,423 per week in Clinton, MD

Job Title: Labor and Delivery RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year of prior travel assignment experience License: Must have valid state license Certifications: - AWHONN Intermediate - ACLS - STABLE - NRP - BLS - C-EFM (Must register during compliance phase or within first two weeks of assignment) Must-Have: - Charge experience - High-risk Labor and Delivery experience Description: Provides care for patients in the labor and delivery specialty. Must possess skills to circulate for C-sections and assist with high-risk deliveries. Capable of recognizing and treating abnormal fetal heart rate patterns. Responsible for triaging obstetrical patients. Must be able to float to similar units as required. Requires availability for call shifts, totaling 36 hours over a 6-week period. Expected to arrive on premises within 45 minutes after receiving call. Weekend and holiday coverage is required every other weekend or as needed. The traveler will work with patients across various age groups, including neonates and adults. Experience with the Cerner charting system is preferred. May provide preceptor support and charge nurse responsibilities. No time off is allowed during the first two weeks of the assignment. Advanced certifications in fetal monitoring are preferred.
