Key Responsibilities: Perform inside and outside painting tasks efficiently, including: Accurately mixing paint components Preparing surfaces for optimal paint adhesion Applying coatings with precision and care Utilize standard painting equipment such as airless spray tools, motorized lifts, and brushes. Apply your technical knowledge of coating materials to ensure high-quality application. Set up scaffolding and ladders safely for painting projects. Dispose of residual materials in compliance with environmental regulations. Assist in training apprentices, sharing your expertise and skills. Communicate with management upon job completion or report any discrepancies or issues that arise. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety. Notify management about any malfunctioning tools or equipment. Respond to customer inquiries regarding services and projects as needed. Adhere to all company policies, especially those regarding health and safety. Take on additional related duties as assigned.
