Job Description
Join a dynamic team working on an assembly bench with two other skilled individuals to mechanically assemble light fixtures based on detailed work instructions. Utilize hand tools exclusively in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Mechanically assemble light fixtures according to work instructions.
Work collaboratively with a team of two other individuals on the assembly bench.
Utilize hand tools effectively to complete assembly tasks.
Ensure quality and precision in all assembly work.
Essential Skills
Experience with assembly and production line work.
Proficiency in using hand tools.
Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints.
Knowledge of mechanical assembly, electro-mechanical processes, and soldering.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in electrical production, schematic interpretation, soldering, and wiring.
Familiarity with cable assembly.

Work Environment
The work environment features a campus with four buildings, including two locker rooms and a full gym available for use during breaks or before and after work. The assembly department operates as a production line where tasks are performed at a workbench. All necessary tools are provided at each bench. The team is currently comprised of over 30 members, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carpinteria, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
