We are currently seeking a
Front Desk Receptionist
to handle all front office functions for our practice. Your role will prioritize the needs of patients, parents, and guardians, creating a positive and welcoming experience for all. Hours Monday & Thursday:
9:15 AM - 6:30 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday:
8:15 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday:
8:15 AM - 1:30 PM Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent (minimum). Experience in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is preferred. Key Skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and complete tasks efficiently. Customer service-oriented with a pleasant and professional demeanor. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with PCs and adaptability to learn new software programs. Flexibility to travel between multiple locations as needed. What We Offer
