The Detailer plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by thoroughly cleaning both the interior and exterior of vehicles. You will engage with customers, assist them during their service visit, and ensure every vehicle leaves sparkling.

Qualifications: Must possess a current and valid driver's license. Professional demeanor and appearance in accordance with company policy. Ability to work safely without endangering yourself or others. Responsibilities: Thoroughly clean interiors and exteriors of vehicles based on selected wash packages. Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients and assisting them into and out of vehicles. Drive vehicles safely on and off the conveyor, set wash types, and maintain traffic flow. Keep a clean and organized work environment, including trash collection and facility cleanliness. Perform miscellaneous cleaning tasks, maintain wash equipment, and restock supplies as needed. Adhere to all Waterway policies and safety protocols. Assist with various other functions as directed by management. Physical Requirements: Work outdoors year-round with exposure to varying weather conditions, machinery, and noise. Be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks at a fast pace. Vision requirements include the ability to see clearly at various distances and perceive depth. Must be able to communicate effectively in English with team members and customers. Maintain regular attendance and be able to work an irregular schedule with weekends and holidays. EEO Statement:
