We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to become a part of our esteemed cardiology practice. Position Overview As a Cardiology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (APRN), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient-centered care within the outpatient setting, collaborating closely with physicians to ensure the highest standards of care. Deliver high-quality patient advocacy and education for patients and their families. Be self-motivated and flexible to effortlessly adapt to the needs of the specialty. Show a genuine passion for cardiology and demonstrate adaptability within a rapidly growing institute. Communicate effectively with all healthcare team members, ensuring excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Educate patients and families on care processes, testing procedures, medical conditions, treatment plans, and expected outcomes. Collaborate in the clinical management with physicians, APPs, and hospital staff. Possess a strong clinical background to diagnose, treat, and manage complex cardiovascular care, spanning acute and chronic conditions, medication management, and therapies. Quickly identify and communicate emergent diagnostic information to physician colleagues. Cross-covering in our Norwalk location may be required as clinical needs arise. Schedule:
