Floating policy: No floating outside of the ED but must be open to floating to all sections in the ED. Patient Experience requirements: AIDET, Respectful behavior, Pt Experience to each patient, Boards updated with info and pt updated throughout visitHospital Specifics- Certifications: ACLSbefore starting dateon hireBLSbefore starting dateon hirePALSbefore starting dateon hireTNCCbefore starting dateon hireCPIbefore starting dateon hireNIHSSbefore starting dateon hireENPC within 90 days of hireHiring profileRequested Skill Set: 2 years experience in Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, high volume 100,000 visit ED. Previous HCA experience preferred.Must have: 2 years experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in ER setting, teamwork mentality, ability to coach and give feedback in real time. Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED.Advanced skills performed on Required: See aboveDress Code: (Required uniform) NavyscrubsUnit Guidelines/ attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
