Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service. Assist customers both in-store and over the phone. Process sales transactions accurately. Achieve sales goals consistently. Maintain accurate work order files and formulas. Prepare products based on customer specifications. Load and deliver items safely to customers. Maintain the delivery vehicle and report any servicing needs. Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules. Comply with traffic laws and safety regulations. Prepare necessary delivery documentation. Operate vehicles and equipment safely. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old. Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Familiarity with selling paint and related products. Ability to communicate in more than one language, especially Spanish.
