Job Summary
A Class A CDL Driver is crucial for ensuring the safe and damage-free delivery of products via tractor trailers. Your role will directly contribute to fulfilling store orders, meeting delivery timelines, and uplifting customer satisfaction.

Basic knowledge of DOT regulations; at least one year of Class A CDL driving experience; some city driving experience; electric pallet jack experience is a plus. Education:
High school diploma or equivalent Licensing Requirements:
Must have a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with no commercial DUI/DWI on record, and no personal DUI/DWI on record within the last five years. Lifting Requirement:
Up to 50 pounds Travel Requirements:
Regional travel required daily, more than 50% of the time Age Requirement:
At least 21 years of age Key Responsibilities Ensure the dock door and trailer are secure before unloading. Maintain flexibility in scheduling and be available for various shifts and overtime to meet company production requirements. Meet and adhere to established productivity standards. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety rules, including safe equipment operation and maintaining a clean working environment. Utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Adhere to food safety procedures. Perform miscellaneous duties as needed. Communicate effectively in English. Pass and maintain DOT medical requirements. Drive tractor trailers safely and courteously. Comply with all local, state, and federal driving laws and DOT regulations while reporting any driving violations to management. Load and unload products using pallet jacks according to standard procedures. Safely push, pull, lift, and carry items up to 100 lbs. Foster strong relationships with store personnel through efficient work and clear communication. Deliver exceptional customer service at all locations. Coordinate effectively with logistics and warehouse teams. Report safety issues, equipment problems, and damaged goods to the supervisor. Conduct safety checks on equipment, including trailer temperature checks. Starting Pay Rate:
