Construction Superintendent (MEP Focused)

📍 Location: Blythewood, SC | 🛠️ Commercial Projects

Join our team as a Construction Superintendent and take the lead on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence across commercial construction projects. You’ll be the key liaison between field teams, subcontractors, and project managers—driving results and building strong relationships.

🔧 Responsibilities :

• Lead on-site operations, safety, and quality control
• Manage daily logs, punch lists, and project closeout
• Coordinate with PMs on scheduling and resource planning
• Foster strong subcontractor and client relationships
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and documentation

🎯 Qualifications :

• 5+ years in commercial construction (GC experience preferred)
• Degree in Construction, Engineering, or Business (or equivalent experience)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in ProCore, Microsoft Office, BlueBeam, etc.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred

Compensation : $115,000-135,000/year
