Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Project Manager located in Waltham, MA. The Project Manager will oversee projects from schematic design through construction documents. Key day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the design team, collaborate with consultants on design and managing project timelines.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate of an accredited Architecture program with a Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) and/or Master of Architecture (M. Arch) and be on path to licensure (AXP and/or ARE).
• Proficient in Revit and Adobe Suite with knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong design, graphic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with others and be able to work in an open office environment.
• Car is required to commute to Waltham, MA office and to travel to project sites.
