Are you looking to grow your career in project management? I am working with a global construction consulting firm who are looking for an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join the team and play a key role in delivering exciting projects across all phases, from preconstruction through closeout.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced Project Managers and senior leaders, gaining hands-on experience while gradually taking on more independent responsibility.
Partner with Project Managers to coordinate with clients and project teams.
Assist with project documentation, meeting notes, and progress reports.
Contribute to all project phases:
Preconstruction: scheduling, budget tracking, contracts, and permitting support.
Construction: procurement, risk tracking, quality, and safety oversight.
Closeout: coordinating deliverables and ensuring project completion.
Track project costs, schedules, and status to keep clients informed.
Identify opportunities to add value and support project success.
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
~2–5 years’ experience in construction management, project coordination, or similar roles.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Microsoft Project (or similar) a plus.
~ A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives on collaboration and high-quality results.
