We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a professional with a proven track record in managing complex projects, building relationships, and ensuring successful delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
Responsibilities- Lead all phases of commercial and residential construction projects on tribal lands, from planning through completion.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with tribal and federal regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with tribal leaders, clients, architects, and engineers.
- Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders; ensure proper documentation and approvals.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents and Estimators to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize Buildertrend software daily for project management, scheduling, and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA, tribal, and company safety standards.
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to company-wide operational improvements.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, including both commercial and residential projects.
- Experience working on tribal reservations or with tribal governments strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Buildertrend or other construction project management software.
- Knowledge of Southern California building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.

Location:
Projects are based throughout tribal reservations in Southern California. Candidate must be willing to travel regionally to job sites as needed and be in office Monday through Friday.
