Project Manager-Wants/Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of construction project management experience, with 5+ years in federal contracting.
  • 2+ years of experience with USACE, NAVFAC, GSA, Air Force, or U.S. Coast Guard projects.
  • Strong estimating experience, including federal bid preparation and cost analysis.
  • OSHA 30 Certification (required).
  • Proficiency in project scheduling software (Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Procore, Viewpoint, AutoCAD, and USACE RMS.
  • Demonstrated success managing civil, ground-up, and renovation projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Software: Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Procore, Viewpoint, USACE RMS, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Nice-to-Haves

  • CQM Certification.
  • EM 385-1-1 Certification.
  • Familiarity with FAR and advanced federal compliance standards.

Additional Requirements:

  • Prior experience interpreting working drawings of buildings, civil and mechanical systems.
  • Strong understanding of materials estimating work planning, inspection, and quality control.
  • Experience managing diverse construction types: reinforced concrete, steel, lumber, federal buildings, air bases, SCIFS and commercial structures.
  • Familiarity with site planning, traffic layouts, and resolving architectural spec conflicts.
  • Ability to travel to project sites and lift to 50 lbs.
