About the Role
The Company is seeking an experienced Head of HR to spearhead the establishment of its U.S. operations in the beverage and bottling business. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and implementing the full HR function, serving as a strategic advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy. This role involves developing HR policies and procedures in line with U.S. labor laws and corporate standards, as well as fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects the company's mission and values. The Head of HR will also act as a cultural bridge between the U.S. and China teams, promoting collaboration and mutual understanding. To excel in this position, candidates should have a minimum of 8 years' HR leadership experience, preferably in a startup or international expansion context, and a background in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry. Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law, HR compliance, and best practices is essential, as is a proven track record in setting up HR infrastructure from the ground up. The role requires excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, a strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability, and a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field. An advanced degree or HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are also desirable.
