The successful candidate will be responsible for building and implementing the full HR function, serving as a strategic advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy. This role involves developing HR policies and procedures in line with U.The Head of HR will also act as a cultural bridge between the U.To excel in this position, candidates should have a minimum of 8 years' HR leadership experience, preferably in a startup or international expansion context, and a background in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry. S. employment law, HR compliance, and best practices is essential, as is a proven track record in setting up HR infrastructure from the ground up.
