The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the optometry team, establishing performance expectations, and implementing mechanisms to deliver and monitor high-quality, accessible eye care. This role requires a Doctor of Optometry (OD) with an active state optometry license, a minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in optometry, and a proven track record in executive or senior leadership roles. The CMO will also be tasked with developing and maintaining clinical protocols, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and analyzing patient outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.
