Position Purpose An exciting opportunity exists for a Store Manager to join our incredible Valley Fair San Jose Team. The Store Manager will lead a team of passionate brand ambassadors while embodying the ZIMMERMANN brand: bringing optimism, creativity, and sophistication in everything they do. Inspiring the team by leading by example to create a collaborative and motivating environment that fosters a shared brand vision. Responsibilities

Provide strong leadership and model behavior for all team members. Maximize sales through excellent client service, visual presentation, and creating a memorable brand experience. Ensure team members achieve high standards in client service, brand knowledge, and product knowledge. Promote a constructive, collaborative working environment with passion, focus, and discipline. Drive recruitment in line with Zimmermann’s diversity and inclusion vision. Lead and develop a high-performing team achieving sales targets and maintaining positive workplace morale. Identify succession plans and career paths in collaboration with the Line Manager. Provide consistent feedback and follow company guidelines when performance does not meet expectations. Maintain a high and consistent standard of visual presentation reflecting brand directive. Oversee store operations including stockroom management and stocktake processes per Zimmermann policy. Uphold health and safety policies and procedures. Manage store rostering and timesheet creation. About you

Proven experience in a similar leadership/management role in luxury retail. Excellent organization skills and high attention to detail. Passion for the brand and fashion retail industry. Zimmermann utilizes the advertised salary range as a benchmark to offer candidates competitive compensation in the market. This approach allows for flexibility to account for differing levels of experience and to reward performance and tenure. The salary range is a genuine estimate; Zimmermann reserves discretion to offer compensation outside the range. There is a Store Manager bonus structure based on store goals achieved each month.
