Project Manager
(or
Senior Project Manager
for the right person) to join the team. This role will be hands-on, client-facing, and pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, clients, and subcontractors while mentoring others and helping to shape the firm’s continued growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of projects from preconstruction through closeout (typically 1–3 projects at a time) Collaborate with owners, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to align on project goals and delivery Select subcontractors, delegate responsibilities, and oversee their performance Ensure compliance with safety requirements, building codes, and legal standards Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and schedules Report progress, financials, and updates to clients in a clear, transparent manner Interpret construction methods, contracts, and drawings, and explain technical matters to stakeholders in simple terms Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative jobsite culture Qualifications 6–12+ years of experience as a Project Manager in general contracting Background with a larger GC preferred (strong process, Procore knowledge, and training expected) Proven track record managing multiple projects of similar size and complexity Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred (not required; experience weighs more heavily) Strong leadership skills, with the ability to direct teams and subcontractors effectively Excellent communication and time management skills Local candidate within commuting distance Annual discretionary bonus 100% company-paid health insurance for individual and family 401(k) Paid time off and standard benefits package Culture Fit The right candidate will be: Well-spoken, professional, and respectful Driven and self-motivated, thriving in a high-growth environment Detail-oriented and process-driven while adaptable to changing project needs Someone who values teamwork, accountability, and doing things the right way Seniority level
