Major Duties:
Drive Quality Engineering across Organization
Align Quality Strategies with Organizational Vision
Advance product quality via testing innovations and process improvement
Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
Govern and advice on analysis, optimization, improvement of test automation suites/framework
Facilitate POC for New Tools & Technologies
Accelerate test development process for continuous improvement
Assist with solving technical problems when they arise
Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
Influence and communicate effectively with both technical & non-technical audiences
Collaborate with various Stakeholder for DevOps Implementation
Provide feedback to stakeholders on Quality Roadmap
Thought leadership, consultation, mentoring & guidance for test automation across organization
Coaching Product Owners/BAs, Architects & Developers in designing testable applications
Coaching and facilitating enterprise/program automation strategies
Coach and mentors QA Manager / Technical Leads to improve technical ability and effectiveness
Leads others to solve complex problems
Uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions
Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives
Work is guided by functional policies
Knowledge:
Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field
Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view
Experience:
May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
15+ years of relevant experience
B.E/B.Tech Graduate or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience
Quality Engineering Certifications (not mandatory, but good to have): DevOps, SAFe Agilist, ITIL
Salary Range: $114,700 - 194,900 USD
