We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our
AI-powered Social Media Product
— a next-generation platform that helps professionals create, publish, and optimize high-quality content. This high-impact role combines social scheduling and campaign management with AI-driven creation, engagement prediction, and luxury brand standards. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution at the intersection of AI, social media, and brand marketing, enabling our users to stand out as trusted influencers in their markets. What You’ll Do
Own the
end-to-end strategy and roadmap
for Social AI products. Ship foundational features (scheduling, approvals, inbox, analytics) that establish platform parity with existing social management tools. Build
AI-powered content tools
that generate authentic, brand-rich posts optimized for engagement across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Design and enforce
brand guardrails
to ensure outputs meet premium quality standards. Develop playbooks, templates, and campaign frameworks that help professionals grow their personal brands and amplify key business moments (e.g., new listings, launches, announcements). Partner with engineering, AI/ML, design, and marketing teams to ship rapidly with quality. Define and track metrics across
engagement, brand building, and lead conversion , proving business impact. Represent the product with customers — from demos to industry events — acting as an evangelist for Social AI. Who You Are
7+ years of product management experience, with progression to senior/staff level. 5+ years building
social media products, creator tools, or community platforms
(B2B SaaS, marketing tech, or creator economy preferred). Deep understanding of
social media dynamics
— algorithms, engagement psychology, and platform mechanics across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Proven record of shipping products that drove measurable engagement and business outcomes. Hands-on experience with
AI content creation or automation workflows . Strong
sense of taste, brand, and design
— you know what “premium” looks like and won’t settle for generic AI output. Excellent communicator and collaborator; comfortable evangelizing product to clients and partners. Empathy for content creators and professionals who rely on social presence for business growth. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
real estate, professional services, or other industries where personal branding drives business success . Background building
AI-powered content creation or automation tools . Familiarity with social commerce, lead-gen funnels, or CRM integrations. Personal experience as a content creator or demonstrable following that informs product instincts. Base salary range:
$175,000 – $185,000
annually (flexible for exceptional candidates). Equity participation. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage. Flexible PTO and fully remote work environment. Seniority level
