The Wealth Advisor represents Bernstein Private Wealth Management within the communities where they work and reside. Bernstein PWM is recognized for its distinctive platform, offering advice that makes a difference. Wealth Advisors build substantial, enduring practices around client segments they are passionate about. They serve as financial confidantes, initially attracting clients to Bernstein and helping them meet increasingly complex challenges beyond managing wealth. They understand each client’s values, lifestyle and philanthropic goals, connecting them to the firm’s planning and investing expertise in a customized way to enable better wealth decisions. The most effective Advisors embody the following characteristics and qualifications: High Emotional Quotient (EQ) Determination and Relentless Drive for Success Spirit of Generosity in Working With and Within Their Community Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills Structure and Discipline Qualifications An existing network that can be cultivated and expanded within the community Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with centers of influence (attorneys, accountants, business advisors) Comfort interacting with individuals of significant wealth Experience advising clients as a trusted advisor for financial and meaningful life/business decisions Trustworthiness and personal integrity beyond reproach Strong academic credentials A passion for investing and for people In accordance with applicable law, the minimum and maximum base annual salary for this role is as follows: Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000. Actual base salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base salary is just one component of total compensation at AB, which may include, depending on eligibility, benefits, year-end incentive compensation, and other incentives. Seniority level
