Category Managers
for raw materials, focusing on supplier performance, contract management, and strategic sourcing projects. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams in Manufacturing, Quality, Compliance, Regulatory, and Legal while managing data integrity across multiple procurement systems. What You’ll Do Partner with Category Managers to execute procurement strategies and value-creation projects. Use
spend analytics, PowerBI, Ariba, and SAP
to identify cost savings and risk mitigation opportunities. Support supplier contract negotiations and compliance tracking. Develop and maintain supplier and stakeholder relationships (SRM). Manage procurement data integrity across systems (PowerBI, SharePoint, Oracle/SAP, Coupa/Ariba, GEP Smart). Lead sourcing processes (RFx events) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree
in Engineering, Life Sciences, Finance, or Supply Chain. 3–5+ years
of procurement experience (category management, sourcing, supplier negotiations). 1–3+ years
in biotech/life sciences (preferred). Knowledge of
GMP manufacturing processes and regulations
a plus. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in
