We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Optometrist

to join our growing team. This full-time, on-site role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about improving patients’ vision and overall eye health. As an Optometrist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough eye examinations, diagnosing and treating visual and ocular conditions, prescribing corrective lenses, and managing patients’ long-term eye care needs. You will also play a vital role in educating patients about preventative eye care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. This position is ideal for a professional who values strong patient relationships, continuous learning, and contributing to a supportive healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive eye exams to evaluate vision and detect eye diseases and disorders. Diagnose and manage ocular conditions, including refractive errors, glaucoma, cataracts, and other vision-related issues. Prescribe corrective lenses (glasses and contact lenses) and provide guidance on lens care and maintenance. Educate patients on preventative eye care practices, lifestyle recommendations, and treatment options. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure integrated patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with medical standards. Stay informed on the latest optometric techniques, equipment, and advancements in vision care. Provide a welcoming, compassionate, and professional experience to all patients. Qualifications Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school. Active state licensure to practice optometry (or eligibility to obtain licensure). Proven experience in conducting eye exams and diagnosing ocular conditions. Proficiency in prescribing corrective lenses and managing diverse eye health cases. Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills. Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a healthcare team. Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education. The base pay range for this position is $123,000.00/yr - $148,000.00/yr. Benefits include 401(k), vision insurance, and medical insurance.
