JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew. Additional duties include staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, maintaining store appearance and adherence to standards, delivering great customer service, attendance and punctuality, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. General duties for all store team members: operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process orders, take inventory and complete paperwork, and clean equipment and facilities daily. Training: orientation and on-the-job training provided. Communication Skills: ability to comprehend and give written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person. Essential Skills: basic arithmetic, ability to make correct monetary change, verbal and written communication, and keyboard data entry. Motor coordination for precise movements; hand-eye coordination for order processing and food preparation; familiarity with order entry on computer or touch screen. Work Conditions

Exposure to varying weather and in-store temperatures; heat from ovens; fumes and cornmeal dust; cramped spaces; hot surfaces and sharp edges. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing/pulling, reaching, climbing stairs, and occasional ladder use. Sensing: near/mid-range vision, depth perception, and ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces. Physical Demands and Driving Specifics

Delivery duties may require driving, delivering to multiple locations, and navigating stairs or difficult access. Physical tasks include carrying pizzas, beverages, and supplies; driving within a designated delivery area; walking between store, vehicle, and customer locations. REQUIRES: Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to a vehicle for delivery.
