Seeking a top-notch Product Owner specialized in Infor M3 to oversee the progression, deployment, and continual enhancement of our ERP platform. This provides a distinct opportunity to function as the principal link between business partners and implementation teams, promoting harmonization of Infor M3 solutions with corporate targets in supply chain, finance, manufacturing, and distribution.
Critical aspects of involvement entail extensive ERP expertise, strategic product supervision, and collaboration for integration and business worth.
Requirements
Possessing over 7 years of ERP expertise, including a minimum of 3 years in roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant within Infor M3. Extensive understanding of one or more Infor M3 sectors (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution). Shown expertise in managing ERP product backlogs, roadmaps, and customer communications. Understanding of Infor ION, BODs, M3 CloudSuite, APIs, and integration frameworks. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to map business processes into ERP functionality. Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills with ability to influence senior collaborators. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and working in cross-functional delivery teams. Job Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and communicate the product vision and roadmap for Infor M3 across business functions. Align ERP strategy with organizational priorities, ensuring scalability and compliance. Interpret business necessities into well-structured epics, features, and user experiences. Maintain and groom the product backlog with collaborators. Ensure backlog reflects both business priorities and technical debt resolution. Work closely with executives in Logistics, Production, Finance, and Distribution to understand changing needs. Balance regional/local needs with global ERP standards. Represent the business in sprint planning and reviews. Provide functional oversight for M3 modules such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Finance. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and Consultants to validate solutions. Ensure business requirements are met with minimal customization and best use of M3 standard functionality. Establish acceptance criteria and authorize results for features and user stories. Partner with QA and automation teams to validate end-to-end ERP functionality. Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and security controls for ERP solutions. Track metrics pertaining to the adoption, performance, and the value emanating from M3. Advocate for user feedback loops and ensure improvements align with business benchmarks. Monitor ERP trends, Infor M3 product updates, and industry guidelines.
