Mastermind Campaigns: Develop, implement, and manage media strategies across Google, Meta, Instagram, and Facebook. Trend Detective: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and trends. Creative Collaborator: Team up with our creative teams to craft ads that engage audiences. Optimization Overlord: Fine-tune campaign performance with A/B testing, bid adjustments, and audience targeting. Data Guru: Analyze key performance metrics, producing regular reports and insights for stakeholders. Budget Boss: Manage media budgets with precision to maximize ROI. Industry Insider: Stay current with trends, platform updates, and best practices. Team Mentor: Guide junior media buyers and foster a culture of learning and excellence. Qualifications
Experience Pro: 5+ years in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, with at least 5 years of digital media buying experience; CPG background preferred. Big Budget Experience: Comfortable managing large ad spend and deploying substantial campaign budgets. Results Rockstar: Proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering high-impact campaigns. Data Whisperer: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Metrics Maven: Deep knowledge of PPC, CPM, CPA, and related digital advertising metrics. Tool Tamer: Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other essential tools. People Person: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Organizational Ninja: Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple projects. Certification Cool: Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
