Senior Partner Growth Manager

who is passionate about creating high-value, strategic partnerships and driving impactful outcomes. You will join the Partner Growth Team, responsible for onboarding and growing DigitalOcean’s business with Technology Partners. You will oversee end-to-end relationships with a diverse group of strategic Technology Partners who power DigitalOcean\'s core and DBaaS products and support developer-centric solutions within DigitalOcean\'s Gradient AI Ecosystem and Marketplace. The ideal candidate is passionate about building high-value, strategic partnerships, fostering deep relationships, and driving significant outcomes. What You’ll Do

Strategic Partner Management: Develop, manage, and expand relationships with strategic Technology Partners and create plans to achieve joint business goals. Revenue Generation and Expansion: Oversee end-to-end partner relationships and grow their commercial value. Joint Go To Market: Collaborate with partners, Product, and Marketing to develop comprehensive joint go-to-market strategies that highlight partnership value and drive adoption and growth. Operational Support: Improve internal and external processes to streamline partner product operations and support relationship success. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal and partner Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to launch new Technology Partner products and solutions. Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on partnership performance, optimize strategies, and share key findings with stakeholders. Contract Negotiation: Manage and renegotiate partnership agreements across various business models. What You’ll Add To DigitalOcean

Partnership Experience: Demonstrated experience in developing and managing strategic product and technology partnerships, ideally in cloud computing and DBaaS. Negotiation Skills: History of successful contract negotiations, designing custom agreements, managing complex commercial relationships, and ensuring terms align with business goals. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across organizational levels, including executives. Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify opportunities and see the big picture; passion for designing partnership initiatives that align with business objectives and deliver results. Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of the developer ecosystem, comfortable around code, and committed to developer and partner success. Cloud/DBaaS Expertise: Deep understanding of the cloud computing ecosystem and DBaaS offerings, with a track record of scaling related partnerships. Why You’ll Like Working for DigitalOcean
