As Associate Product Manager, your primary responsibility is to execute the product strategy for our digital client portal. You will support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and iteration. Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and client feedback reviews to identify opportunities for improving the digital experience Write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria to guide development team Assist in managing the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business goals and client needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, legal, technology, and operations, to deliver high-quality products Track KPIs and evaluate metrics for new features, and recommend improvements Support product managers in preparing presentations, business cases, and updates for senior stakeholders Requirements

Good oral and written communication skills are required. Experienced in constructing/overseeing logical and conclusive presentations Excellent understanding of platform technologies, including cloud migrations, back-end integrations, UI/UX design, and financial services capabilities Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Confluence) Good in building key relationships, influencing and negotiating with clients, partners and leaders across multiple disciplines Program or project management experience is advantageous; planning, analysis, design and governance A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required 3+ years of experience in Agile product management Financial Services industry experience Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery Salary Range
