Join LPL Financial as a VP, Business Design & Solutions, ClientWorks Platform. This role is part of the Business Design & Solutions team within LPL’s Client Success team, driving strategy, solution ideation, and contributing to the analysis that enables informed decisions regarding product development, conversions, partnerships, and growth strategy. The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, a consulting mindset, and knowledge of software, product, and financial services to assist with new business lines, software tools, and strategic partnerships. This team focuses on capabilities that enable an industry-leading advisor workstation experience, providing leadership with timely commentary and recommendations. Responsibilities include: Collaborating on internal workstreams to drive strategy and decision-making for ClientWorks web and mobile experiences. Providing thought leadership on strategic issues and influencing others through advice and communications. Partnering with teams to ensure cohesive planning and maintaining focus on cross-functional outcomes. Engaging with business subject matter experts to ensure clarity on critical requirements and desired outcomes. Demonstrating ownership of the ClientWorks Platform strategy and outcomes, taking direct action to ensure streamlined planning and execution. Leading cross-functional teams in identifying and prioritizing opportunities based on business goals and strategies. Consulting with corporate strategy, business leadership, operations, risk, and compliance to represent their perspective and business needs. Contributing to a culture of collaboration, learning agility, and self-awareness. Demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry landscape, competitors’ offerings, and emerging trends to develop innovative ideas and recommend actions. Requirements include significant experience (7-10+ years) demonstrating strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, experience working with large wealth management institutions, and the ability to effectively manage multiple initiatives and communicate clearly. Preferred qualifications include the ability to travel as needed and being local to an LPL corporate office. The pay range for this role is $145,388-$242,313/year, with a competitive Total Rewards package.
