Senior Associate
to join its Electrical department in the Boston office. This leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee complex projects from concept through completion, mentor engineering staff, and contribute to strategic business development and firm-wide initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead conceptual design efforts, including system criteria, equipment room sizing, and building stack development Guide project teams through construction documentation and project execution Manage shop drawing reviews, RFIs, change orders, and conduct site visits and punch lists Develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans Prepare proposals and coordinate approvals with senior leadership Mentor and coach junior engineers, supporting their technical growth and career development Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 14+ years of experience in electrical engineering Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and design calculations Strong leadership and project management skills Deep understanding of codes, documentation standards, and interdisciplinary coordination Hybrid work model with flexibility to work remotely Comprehensive benefits including 401(k) match, PTO, parental leave, and inclusive holidays Professional development through internal training programs Active employee resource groups and community outreach initiatives Supportive, long-tenured team culture with opportunities for advancement Seniority level
