Job Summary
As the Director of Media, you will be responsible for media leadership at Starbucks. Key Responsibilities: Lead a high-performance team to define and lead Starbucks’ integrated media strategy across all channels (digital, social, video, audio, out-of-home, and emerging platforms). Oversee Starbucks’ media investment portfolio, ensuring optimization of spend, performance measurement, and alignment with company objectives. Manage agency relationships and internal media operations, driving innovation, accountability, and breakthrough thinking. Partner cross-functionally to translate brand strategy into media plans that engage customers. Inspire, develop, and lead a team of media professionals, creating a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and results. Requirements
We’d Love To Hear From People With 10+ years of progressive experience in media planning and investment, preferably with retail, CPG, or global brand experience. Proven track record of leading integrated media strategy, budget oversight, and performance optimization. Experience managing agency partners and large-scale media budgets. Strong communication and influencing skills; able to confidently present to senior leadership. MBA preferred. Benefits
