Associate Creative Director’s Role
As an Associate Creative Director for one of the largest automotive companies in the world, you'll partner with designers, account managers, creative directors, strategists, and other creatives to deliver a variety of compelling materials to ensure cohesive storytelling across all platforms. Partner with Creative Directors and leadership to elevate client brand expression and tone of voice across brands to achieve creative excellence. Present ideas, build client relationships, and confidently lead copy conversations. Lead the development of innovative copy concepts for integrated digital advertising campaigns. Oversee the writing process, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice. Work closely with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and feedback. Conduct presentations to clients to effectively communicate creative ideas and strategies. Key Responsibilities Elevate Creative Vision Foster Collaboration And Execution Champion Creative Excellence Thrive In a Fast-Paced Environment Qualifications 5-7+ years of professional social experience in advertising and marketing. Thrive under pressure, adapting to changing priorities and consistently meeting tight deadlines. Possess a strong creative background with an inherent understanding of digital, thinking beyond traditional ad formats and budgets. Proven experience developing copy-driven concepts with compelling taglines and brand narratives. Deep understanding of copywriting principles and related creative disciplines. Excellent problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality work.
