Oversee a group of your own locations while coordinating the activities of your Field Merchandising Team. This will allow for their development, and the creation and maintenance of a consistent program. Install and merchandise store fixtures in all EG locations. Merchandising to include resets in new, remodeled, and existing locations. Implement Marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation Ensure that each Field Merchandiser is completing their weekly given tasks. Set and oversee weekly schedule of Field Merchandising Team, assuring hours are met and overtime is not utilized. Assist Field Merchandisers with needed guidance, support coaching opportunities, and perform periodic performance evaluations. Manage fixture purchases made by Store Operations teams, as well as placing orders for new stores. Schedule store visits with appropriate DM’s, to be sure operational coverage is available and that work is being communicated. Field calls from Store Operations, and be our liaison between Marketing and Store Operations teams. Complete set up of new or remodeled stores. This includes sales floor, cigarettes, checkout, food service, cooler, freezer, backroom storage, and signs. Removal of merchandise and re-usable fixtures of remodeled stores. This Includes re-merchandising the receiving store to accept influx of product. Bring acquired sites up to CF merchandising standards. Implement vendor funded resets and programs, usually large scale resets requiring fixtures and or accessories. New program/merchandising method rollouts for both vendor funded and CF specific programs. Implementation of difficult Marketing initiatives. You will assist in the approval process for individual store fixture orders, and manage the utilization of preferred vendors. Working Relationships You will work directly with Store Managers, DM’s, and DSD vendors. You will communicate regularly with our Merchandising Manager, Senior Merchandising Analyst, and Senior Design Specialist. Requirements Minimum Education:

HS Diploma or GED Preferred Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or merchandising Minimum Experience:

5-7 years of retail merchandising experience, 5+ years of retail experience Preferred Experience:

7-10 years of retail merchandising experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role Soft Skills/Competencies Strong personality and ability to communicate with management. Robust work ethic. Time management skills. Team player mentality. Ability to assess, prioritize and react to a very fast paced work environment. Capacity to work under stressful conditions and follow problems through, to resolution, without the need to be constantly directly supervised. Ability to foster teamwork and build collaborative relationships Strong interpersonal skills Strategic planning and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Other Requirements Driving Requirement:

Daily driving is required. Need exceptional driving record. Travel:

100%, overnights (2-3 per week a must) Hours & Conditions:

Typically, Monday – Friday, 8+ hours per day Physical Requirements:
