The Manager Business System Analysis acts as the primary liaison between our clients and our technical delivery teams to develop personalized marketing solutions for consumers using Epsilon’s market-leading PeopleCloud platforms. You will play a key role in projects collaborating with clients, business stakeholders and architects to interpret and articulate our client’s marketing vision and objective across all parts of our solutions. As a Business Systems Analysis Manager, you will lead client discussions to drive exhaustive coverage of business use cases, data needs and business rules while assessing and making product configuration recommendations. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a medium-to-large team of BSAs by providing leadership, direction, and task management while contributing to project planning and estimation activities. Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between clients and technical delivery teams to develop personalized marketing solutions. Lead client discussions to cover business use cases, data needs and business rules; assess and recommend product configuration. Manage a medium-to-large team of Business System Analysts, providing leadership, direction, and task management; contribute to project planning and estimation. Lead effective client meetings, make proactive recommendations, negotiate work, and drive successful outcomes. Define, adopt, and enforce business analysis delivery standards. Interviewing and hiring BSAs to grow and contribute to the BSA practice; provide mentorship and career growth discussions. Lead initiatives to develop and implement standards and methodologies for business and data analysis. Demonstrate expertise in understanding and analyzing data from different sources; multi-task and adapt to changing priorities. Communicate clearly in written and verbal form; work multi-functionally and lead global teams. Navigate and lead in a multi-functional organization to get work done. Qualifications
12+ years of relevant business analysis experience in the database/data-driven marketing space. Ability to lead large/multiple client engagements and multiple workstreams within a solution. Experience as a requirements domain expert, translating business requirements, data needs, and rules into functional and non-functional requirements. Experience validating design against requirements and guiding BSAs to document client solution acceptance criteria. Trusted advisor to clients, influencing improvements and future roadmaps aligned with client objectives. Strong client meeting facilitation, proactive recommendations, and negotiation skills. Proven leadership in setting BA delivery standards and managing a BSA team (performance appraisals and career growth). Experience hiring BSAs and growing a BSA practice. Ability to develop standards and methodologies for business and data analysis; strong understanding of data from various sources. Excellent communication skills and ability to work across functions and geographies. Proficiency in SQL; understanding of API, JSON, XML and SOAP UI; familiarity with marketing concepts and channels. Experience with marketing suites (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Unica); loyalty, messaging, digital marketing or other CRM capabilities. Experience leveraging automation and AI to gain process efficiencies; ability to translate domain expertise to platform capabilities. What You’ll Achieve

Our team handles platform setup, ongoing management, and strategic enhancements, ensuring solutions adapt to changing business needs. You will contribute to the evolution of PeopleCould platforms by analyzing product/feature fit vs. client requirements, identifying gaps, and liaising with business and technical Architects to promote product features and functionality over customization.
