Employer Industry: Energy and Natural Gas Why consider this job opportunity: Competitive salary with potential for overtime and travel compensation Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Flexible work arrangements, including a hybrid work model with options to work from home Engaging and supportive work environment that values inclusivity Chance to lead innovative projects and resolve complex mechanical issues What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Provide technical expertise and training to Area Mechanics, Station Operators, and E/C Techs Assist in problem-solving complex technical issues across multiple products and platforms Lead and direct Mechanics in maintenance resolution and Capital Projects Manage scheduling, cost control, and forecasting for assigned projects Collaborate with the Procurement group for timely material delivery What is Required (Qualifications): Related university degree and four-plus years of experience, or eight-plus years of field operations experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to self-manage and work effectively in a team Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, SharePoint, SAP, and mechanical programs Proven experience in project management and problem resolution How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience in Natural Gas Transmission Ability to train others and evaluate training needs in the mechanical field Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of new technology Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Experience leading teams on projects and resolving operational issues We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
