WWE ENTERPRISE WORKFORCE STRATEGY PROJECT Essential Functions Examination: Lead at least 8 major and complex examination processes per fiscal year, including meeting with hiring managers and SMEs, conducting job analyses, posting job ads, screening applicants, developing and administering examinations, conducting scoring analyses, and creating eligible list score reports. Examination: Serve as SME and provide support to 1241 on examination-related topics. Operations: Assist 1241 on operations and work on complex and contentious PRSP and exempt recruitments including posting job ads, screening applicants, providing recommendations and instructions to DPLs on interview processes. Operations: Review organizational charts of assigned divisions and determine if classes are used appropriately. Administration: Provide information related to salary, compensation, and extended range processes to hiring managers. Administration: Lead investigations and respond to CSC appeals, inspection requests, and general recruitment-related complaints with support from 1246. Administration: May provide direction to RTF submissions and various administrative tasks within the recruitment process. Administration: Input data into Hiring Tracker for recruitments. Classification: Conduct investigations and surveys concerning duties, responsibilities, and qualifications of positions in the classified service. Classification: Perform field and desk audits of work performed by classifications within assigned divisions. Classification: Recommend and prepare class specifications for new classifications or revise existing specifications; participate in meetings with DHR, unions, and other City agencies. Projects: Under guidance, lead TA projects on recruitment and personnel matters (salary/compensation, process improvement, data analytics, etc.). Projects: Provide periodic updates to the TA team and management on progress, timelines, and roadblocks. Consultation: Lead monthly meetings with assigned divisions to assess workforce needs and respond to information requests. Consultation: Represent TA and serve as primary contact for hiring activities; prioritize recruitment activities with management input. Consultation: Provide consultation and training to hiring managers and DPLs on recruitment-related matters. Supervision: May supervise the work of subordinate staff. Class 1244 Senior Human Resources Analyst performs other related duties as required. Please note

Qualifications Education: Possession of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university. Experience: Three (3) years of verifiable professional human resources experience, similar to 1241 HR Analyst, in recruitment and selection; classification and compensation; employee and/or labor relations; benefits administration; HR operations; DEI; and personnel training.
