Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
to join our team as an
independent contractor
providing
direct, play-based ABA therapy
in a client’s home. This is a unique opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys hands-on work and prefers flexibility over traditional employee roles. What You’ll Do: Provide direct, play-based ABA therapy to the client in their home. Conduct functional and skill-based assessments. Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions. Partner with parents/caregivers to promote skill generalization and consistency across settings. Schedule and attend recurring intervention sessions with client. Schedule ongoing caregiver consults and/or trainings to improve ABA implementation and skills outside of session. What We Offer: Independence as a
1099 contractor
(not a W2 employee). Flexible scheduling — you manage your own availability and hours! Competitive hourly pay. The ability to focus on meaningful, one-on-one client work- You decide your caseload and hours! Continued guidance and training as needed to meet insurance criteria. Contractor Requirements: Current BCBA certification
and
Hawaii state licensure. Liability insurance. Ability to manage own business expenses and taxes as an independent contractor. Passion for play-based ABA and working directly with clients in-home. Qualifications Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Skills in Behavior Analysis, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Behavior Management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and analytical skills Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental challenges Experience conducting Initial Assessments, Experience writing and submitting client progress reports to insurance Job Details
