Technology Lead – GIS/ESRI with ASP.Net

We have a job opportunity for a Technology Lead – GIS/ESRI. The role is full-time and located in Rosemead, CA. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Alternatively, we will consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology. Preferred Qualifications: At least 4 years of experience working with the ESRI platform (ArcMap, ArcGIS Server 9.x/10.x, Portal extension for ArcGIS Server, and SDE on Oracle). At least 4 years of experience in C#, ASP .Net. At least 4 years of experience in web applications, windows services, and web services. At least 4 years of experience in the software development life cycle. At least 4 years of experience translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements. Ability to work in a team environment and client interfacing skills. Analytical skills. Experience in the Utilities domain. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
